You guys. If you haven't been to Canaan in the fall, please go. We LOVE spending time there in the winter, but have not taken time to go during Autumn. Let me tell you, it is as gorgeous right now as it is covered in snow.
We homeschool now, so we took the opportunity to spend the day hiking and playing outside as a family. The weather was perfect, and we were so excited to meet up with some friends for a photo sesh and dinner.
When Phoebe reached out about this session, I wasn't sure we could make it work. Life is CRAZY busy(I know you know), but I knew I had to make this one work. For one, you make it happen for a friend, and two, I knew she was going to NAIL the styling after we spoke. Friends, once again, I was right. nbd.
I told her texture. She found it. I told her movement. She made it happen. On top of a STUNNING momma, I was also pleasantly surprised with two very cooperative fellas. With some brief play breaks (to play swords with my son and nephew), Little A was just as happy as a clam to be snuggled and tickled by mom and dad. Then there was dad. I mean, if mom looked like Phoebe, you'd be content to snuggle and smooch, too!
The evening was perfect. I am so thankful to be back behind my camera in this way once again. I missed it so much. Ya'll, I'm back. Reach out to book your session today!
